Cancellations - All activities and tour routings and are subject to change without notice. Price is subject to change until purchased. Refunds are issued if cancelled before July 14, 2008 minus a $15 processing fee. No refunds for cancellations after July 14 and no shows.

Departure: All tours depart and return from the lobby of the Turtle Bay Resort promptly at the time posted. Arrive at least 10 minutes before the departure time. Any unexpected changes in itineraries will be announced at the Companion Orientation Meeting on July 16.

Payment: Advance purchases must be paid online from this website through PayPal. On-site purchases may be paid with cash, check or credit card (no debit cards) at the July 16 orientation meeting. Tickets will be provided for advance purchases upon check-in at the Festival Hospitality Desk on July 15 at the Turtle Bay Resort.
